Matt Ward - Webflow Agency UK - B2B & Expert-Led Organisations
Where exceptional Webflow design meets professional credibility
I run a small Webflow agency in the UK that specialises in high-trust, expert-led organisations. I help you use Webflow to present your business with the same care and polish you bring to your own clients.
My SOLO Webflow agency
I'm Matt, and I work as a one person Webflow agency in the UK, which means you talk directly to the person designing and building your site. There is no account management layer or rotating delivery team. Just clear conversations, considered design and a Webflow build that fits the way your organisation works.
I have helped organisations that need to look sharp and feel dependable from the very first page view. That includes travel management, investment, architecture, sustainability and professional services. The common thread is simple. Complex work that needs a website with substance, not just decoration.

Specialist
Industries
I mostly work with organisations whose main asset is their expertise rather than a physical product. That includes architecture and development studios, construction and built environment teams, sustainability consultancies, professional services firms and finance businesses. They often face the same online problem: layered services, risk aware clients and long, careful decision making.
By focusing on a small group of high trust, B2B sectors, I can use Webflow to match the way you actually win work, from the first time someone lands on the site through to shortlists, proposals and investor packs. As a Webflow agency in the UK, my aim is to give you a site that feels natural to your clients, backs up what you say in the room and steadily builds confidence every time you share a link.
Selected projects
This Webflow agency is set up to help established firms turn their experience and track record into a clear, credible website that feels appropriate for the level they operate at.

A full Webflow redesign for a corporate travel specialist, bringing their services and technology into a single, focused site. The new structure makes it easier for busy teams to see how Clarity fits into their world and move smoothly towards a conversation.
A site for a business consultancy that needs to feel calm, expert and approachable. This project shows how a clear structure and confident layout can give a small team the presence of a much larger firm.

A website for an architecture practice that puts real projects and long standing experience at the centre. The design keeps things simple and confident, helping prospective clients understand the scope of work and feel comfortable getting in touch.

Book a discovery call
If you prefer to talk things through, book a short call. We can look at where your site is holding you back and whether I am the right person to help.
What types of businesses is this Webflow agency a good fit for?
I mostly work with organisations that sell expertise rather than physical products. That includes architecture and development studios, construction and built environment teams, sustainability organisations, professional services firms and finance businesses.
If your work is fairly complex, clients are cautious and the sales cycle is longer than a week or two, we will probably be a good fit. The aim is to use Webflow to explain what you do clearly, build trust and support proper conversations, not quick impulse buys.
What is Webflow and is it right for my business?
Webflow is a platform that lets us design, build and manage websites in one place. It gives you the flexibility of a custom build without needing a full in house development team to look after it.
It is usually a good fit if you want a site that is tailored to your business, fast, SEO friendly and easy for your team to update. If I think another platform would serve you better, I will say so on the first call rather than trying to force Webflow into the wrong job.
Do you handle both design and development in Webflow?
Yes. This Webflow agency handles the full process, from structure and design through to building and launch in Webflow. Some clients come to me with an existing brand and rough idea of content, others need more help shaping the whole thing. Both are fine.
If you already have strong design resources in house or with another studio, I can also step in purely as your Webflow development partner.
Can you develop our Figma designs into Webflow?
Yes. I regularly work with agencies and in house teams who prefer to design in Figma and then hand over for a clean Webflow build.
You keep creative control, and I focus on translating the design into a maintainable, component based Webflow project that is fast, accessible and easy to extend. I am happy to join early to advise on what will work well inside Webflow before designs are final.
How much does it cost?
Most full design and build projects start from around £10,000. That reflects the amount of strategy, content planning, design and Webflow development that goes into getting the site right the first time, rather than cutting corners and fixing issues later.
The exact price depends on things like the size of the site, how many different page types we need, any integrations, and how much support you need with content and SEO. After an initial conversation I will put together a clear, fixed project proposal so you know exactly what is included and what it will cost.
If you are not ready for a full redesign, I also offer smaller pieces of work such as audits, consultation and focused improvements, which are priced separately.
Do you offer ongoing support for Webflow sites?
Yes. Many clients keep me on as a long term Webflow partner rather than treating the website as a one off job.
Ongoing support can cover new landing pages, content updates, UX tweaks, performance checks and general Webflow questions. We can set this up as a simple monthly arrangement so you know there is always someone who understands the build and can help move things forward.
How long does a typical Webflow project take?
Timelines vary, but most full site projects sit somewhere around six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on content and how many people are involved on your side.
If you have a fixed date in mind, such as an event or a launch, we can work backwards from that and decide what is realistic for the first version, with a clear plan for improvements after go live.
Will my team be able to update the site without a developer?
Yes, that is the goal. Webflow is set up so your team can safely edit content, images and most day to day items without needing to touch the underlying structure.
During the build I create sensible CMS collections and reusable sections so adding new projects, articles or pages feels straightforward. At launch you get a walkthrough and simple guidance so the site does not feel fragile or mysterious.
How is working with you different from a larger Webflow agency in the UK?
Working with a small Webflow agency in the UK means you deal directly with the person doing the work. There is no account management layer, no handover between teams and no need to re-explain your business every time something needs changing.
You still get a considered process, proper documentation and long term support, but with shorter lines of communication and more focus on your project. For many clients it feels like having a trusted Webflow specialist on call rather than outsourcing everything to a big, anonymous agency.
Got a project in mind?
If you are planning a new website or feel your current one is holding you back, I’d be happy to talk it through. Whether you are an established organisation or just starting to shape things, we can work out what you need your site to do, how it should support your clients and what a realistic Webflow project might look like for your team.
